Embodied Myth is run by Frans-Lukas Lövenvald in Stockholm, Sweden. I am responsible for how your personal information is used through this website. For questions or requests, email franslukas@embodiedmyth.net.
The meditation and the letters
When you request The Inner Mirror, I collect your name and email address to deliver the recording. Requesting the meditation does not, by itself, subscribe you to the newsletter. This processing is based on your consent when you submit the request.
If you choose to join Letters from the living experiment, your details are used to send the letters and occasional invitations to workshops, projects and offerings. Newsletter subscriptions are based on consent. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting me. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.
MailerLite manages the forms, subscriber groups and email delivery. It records signup and confirmation activity, which may include your IP address, timestamps, approximate location, email opens and link clicks. Link clicks are used in the newsletter confirmation process. Delivery and engagement records also help me understand whether emails reach readers and maintain the mailing list, based on my legitimate interest in running a reliable service. You can object to this processing by contacting me.
Contact and booking
If you contact me, I use your contact details and the information you choose to share to respond. Booking links open Zcal, which collects the information needed to arrange your session. Responding to requests about working together and arranging sessions is necessary to take steps at your request before entering an agreement. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to you.
You do not need to share sensitive personal details in a website form or booking request. This policy covers the website, mailing list and initial enquiries. Any additional arrangements for ongoing sessions can be discussed when we begin working together.
Website and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and routes incoming email to my Gmail inbox. These services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and email data as needed to provide their services. My basis for website operation and security is legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
The site does not include advertising pixels or a separate audience analytics tool in its application code. Embedded MailerLite forms load resources from MailerLite, and infrastructure providers may use technical cookies or similar technologies for their services. Following a social media or booking link takes you to that provider's website.
Providers may process information outside the EU or EEA. Where applicable, their data protection arrangements use safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can contact me for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept
Newsletter details are kept while you remain subscribed. Meditation requests and correspondence are kept only for as long as needed to deliver the requested service, deal with follow-up questions and resolve any outstanding issues. Consent and unsubscribe records may be retained where needed to demonstrate your choices and prevent unwanted emails. Information may also be retained where required by law or needed for legal claims. Service providers have their own backup and technical-log retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where applicable. Providing details is voluntary, but I need an email address to send the meditation or letters and contact information to arrange a session. There are no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
