The card table

TAROT DE MARSEILLE · 78 CARDS AND A BLANK

Draw a card.
Let the image speak.

Drag a card off the deck, or tap the deck. Tap a card to turn it over.

The table needs a recent browser to lay out the cards. If the deck doesn’t appear, try updating yours.

The deck is already shuffled. Shuffle it anyway.

HOW THE TABLE WORKS

A deck you can
get your hands on.

All 78 cards of the Tarot de Marseille and the blank card, on a table with no fixed spreads. Shuffle the way you like, draw as many cards as you want, and put them where they feel right.

Riffle
Press and hold, and the two halves fall into each other.
Cut
Three piles. Take the one that calls you, and it goes on top.
Question
Type your question. Every key moves a card, so the deck ends up in an order only your question could make.
Trace
Draw a line through the spread-out deck. The cards you cross come out on top.
Wash
Every card across the table. Press and hold, and they come to your hand in the order you choose.
Spread
The deck in a row, so you can take any card you like.
Draw
Drag a card off the deck and put it anywhere. Or tap the deck, and it deals one for you.
Turn
Tap a card to turn it over. Tap it again to look closer.
Reveal
Turns over every card on the table at once.
Gather
Everything back into one deck, ready for the next question.
Deck
Tap Deck in the corner of the table to use only the 22 major arcana, or to take out the blank card.

No meanings are printed here. Look at the card first: a figure looking to one side, a colour, an animal at someone’s feet. What you notice is where the reading starts.
